Absolutely. Although our goal is to deliver high quality work that will last for decades, we know that not every incident can be anticipated. We are fully insured in case any issues may arise.

While booking our schedule is important, we also have an awareness and appreciation for our own limitations. At times, some projects come our way that are either beyond our expertise or simply not the best fit for our skill set. In those cases, we do our best to offer you a referral for a contractor more appropriate to the needs of your project.

We bring with us over 15 years of tile setting and home building experience, so we have a pretty good idea what will and won't work in your space. That being said, we're happy to collaborate with you on your kitchen or bathroom renovation ideas and often will refer our clients to local kitchen and bath renovation design experts for more detailed design assistance.

We are happy to provide complimentary estimates for small projects within our service area. For larger projects, or those outside of our service area, the estimate price will be determined individually.
